Job Responsibilities:

• Design and execute graphics projects in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with project calendars and timelines issued by brands.
• Provide design solutions that follow brand standards and solve communication objectives creatively and create mockups when necessary for brand presentations.
• Prepare precise and accurate electronic files to print productions specifications and ensure delivery to vendors and retailers as required.
• Collaborate closely with visual merchandising and marketing, to make sure that all aspects of design and merchandising are carefully considered.
• Work closely with suppliers and have excellent knowledge about the printing process and be present during installation of the intended visuals or artwork.
• Create planograms and merchandising guidelines for all POS.
• Create and update style guides as required, seasonal directives for departments stores, specialty and open-sell on a seasonal basis.
• Concept and design special pop-up and off-site executions, including in-store events and secondary locations.
• Support marketing teams during retailer meetings for showroom set-up and special events.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of working experience as a graphic designer.
• Extensive experience in using design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In-design).
• Advanced knowledge of design principles such as (color theory, typography and visual hierarchy).
• Expert knowledge of production and layout of graphics for printed collateral.
• Strong working skills in using MS (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
• Strong time and project management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment.
