Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and prototype iOS native customer applications for phones and tablets for airline and travel clients.
• Contribute to clients’ mobile strategies.
• Associate in full app life-cycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test and release to an app store.
• Operate with product teams on new product ideas, designs, prototypes and estimates.
• Stay up-to-date on current and upcoming features in relevant products and platforms.
• Run a best practices approach to the continuous improvement of our products, processes, and tools..
• Draft and maintain documentation for all features in development.
• Kickstart the mobile application architecture and set up the delivery pipeline.
• Join in full app life-cycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test and release to an app store.
• Enhance code reuse from our existing React.js web UI components.
• Drive a best practices approach to the continuous improvement of our products, processes, and tools.
• Keep up-to-date on current and upcoming features in relevant products and platforms.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s in computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience, building and deploying native iOS or Android app using a cross-platform framework.
• Effective experience moving an app from concept to shipping live to the store.
• Familiarity with an Agile environment.
• Strong UI experience skills.
• Proficient experience with a Javascript component oriented framework (React, Vue, etc.) and complex event management.
• proven experience using Ionic Framework or React Native.
• Expert knowledge of Rest/JSON/XML web services.
• Deep knowledge of the travel industry, especially airline reservation, pricing and/or departure control.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Sound focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Fluent in English.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Great interest in the field of web, technology, mobile, usability and design.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
