Job Responsibilities:

• Understood and implement project management practices.
• Lead and deliver projects from conceptualization, visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects.
• Direct the team in defining the technical architecture of their projects, including working with them to finalize the DB schema.
• Design and allocate work to the team.
• Oversee development activities and reporting project progress.
• Communicate with the project team and delivering projects as per scheduled milestones(risk/quality/time).
• Develop the technical competence of the team through training and development of existing and new team members.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of programming experience in PHP Frameworks and CMS.
• Effective experience in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (jQuery).
• Proficient experience in Object Oriented Design, and MVC implementation.
• Proven track record in working in a team development setting, using source code control.
• Expert knowledge of SQL syntax (JOIN, UNION, aggregation and conditional functions).
• Deep knowledge of DB design (data normalization, foreign key constraints, indexes).
• Familiarity with third-party APIs.
