PPC Executive

TAMBA is looking for a PPC Executive in London, United Kingdom. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a number of PPC and paid social campaigns, working with a broad and varied range of clients to deliver long-term results and maximized ROI.
  • Study of campaign data to evaluate trends and results and identify areas of improvement and additional strategies to optimize PPC campaigns for prolonged success.
  • Launch and optimize a variety of PPC campaigns.
  • Oversee budget and adjust bids as required to maximize impact and seek to generate better ROI.
  • Continuous estimate and monitor campaign results, analysis of key metrics and optimization of click-through and conversion rates.
  • Provide, and delivery, of effective PPC and paid social strategies, campaigns and ads.
  • Design attractive, concise and targeted content and copy for PPC and paid socials ads, working closely with the internal graphics team to ensure the creative, visual ad reflects the campaign objectives and client requirements.
  • Take a proactive approach to keyword search, strategy and selection and audience targeting for more tailored campaigns to deliver maximum impact and results.
  • Use bid management tools to maximize the effectiveness of PPC and paid social campaigns across all platforms.
  • Supervise accounts on search engine platforms including Google AdWords and Bing.
  • Stay up to date with PPC and SEM trends to assist in providing recommendations and improvements to campaigns that are in line with the current digital landscape.
  • Operate seamlessly across PPC ad platforms to create, develop and run effective PPC campaigns.
  • Where possible, aid with SEO optimization across client project and campaigns to ensure continued high rankings and increased engagement and visibility for the client.
  • Help digital project manager in the creation of monthly reports and proactively make strategic PPC campaign recommendations for delivery to the client.

Job Requirements:

  • A marketing degree, or equivalent, with specialisms in PPC, SEO, social media and digital marketing are highly advantageous.
  • At least 1- year experience in a PPC/SEO/Paid Media or equivalent role.
  • Expert knowledge, experience and understanding of PPC and paid media and how it fits into the wider area of digital marketing.
  • Deep knowledge and a sound understanding of SEO and other digital marketing concepts.
  • Demonstrated understanding of a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  • Effective experience in reporting and data analysis with the capabilities of bringing new suggestions forward for improvements to campaigns.
  • Sound communication and literacy skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A skillful user in software packages such as Microsoft Office, Adobe and other platforms.
  • Strong PPC and social media skills and a sound understanding of digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with website analysis and use of a variety of web analytics tools including Google Analytics would be highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record in Google AdWords, Bing and other PPC related qualifications would be highly beneficial to the role.
  • Solid organisational and planning skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical thinker with a strong mindset and the ability to think creatively and outside the box to deliver effective campaigns.
  • Outstanding time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and handle time-sensitive campaigns and projects.
  • Passionate about PPC, social media and digital marketing.
  • An innovative and proactive approach to digital marketing and forthcoming with ideas and suggestions to keep campaigns current and on trend.
  • Ability to work with a wide and varied client base across a number of different sectors and specialisms and tailor campaigns accordingly.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously and deliver effective results.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative PPC strategies and campaigns.
  • Ability to produce PPC and paid media content that effectively targets a range of audiences and generates results.
  • Ability to identify future trends and with a high tolerance for change.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Great ability to use a wide range of PPC and social platforms including Google Ad Words, Bing, Facebook and YouTube.
