Job Responsibilities:

• Improve and manage schedules.
• Aid in the scope of jobs/projects.
• Lead monthly reconciliation of actual hours against a fee.
• Meet and manage project deadlines/deliverable dates and planning for client longer-term needs.
• Run the internal creative development process with the creative directors, across all media and communication channels, including static and moving media, digital, social and bespoke activation.
• Cooperate with creative teams and designers on the development and craft of all creative thinking.
• Head internal reviews and ensuring clarity of communication for next steps across all parties, and be committed to executing jobs to the highest quality standards.
• Assure the complete integration of other departments and resources throughout the development process, and into formal Production.
• Support on New Business pitches when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience.
• Solid communication skills, both written and oral.
• Be energetic, organized, extremely proactive.
• Professionalism and an effective communication style is a necessity in this position.
