Job Responsibilities:

• Drive an agile project management process for three cross-functional teams – two developing core BSD Tools features and one supporting critical underlying services systems.
• Operate with product leads, client services, and Blue State Digital’s agency stakeholders to triage incoming requests, prioritize them, and continually track progress toward completion.
• Organize and shepherd work for one to two BSD Tools teams, through sprint planning, standup meetings, resource scheduling, and other coordination.
• Understood complex business, product, and technical issues and communicating them to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Act with the team’s product and technical leads to triage work, plan each team’s upcoming work, and track and communicate progress.
• Develop the quality and breadth of Blue State Digital’s release and support documentation.
• Associate in BSD’s annual PCI DSS compliance assessment and other ongoing PCI DSS functions.
• Anticipate and remove obstacles from the team’s path and adeptly pushing teams to deliver quality results.
• Fearlessly meeting deadlines across multiple, simultaneous projects and wearing many hats (never saying “that’s not my job”).
• Create strong relationships with cross-company contacts based on thorough planning, timely and professional communication, and intelligent problem-solving.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1- year professional experience at a software company
• Effective experience with software projects management methods such as Agile Scrum or Kanban
• Expert knowledge of project management systems such as JIRA and Mavenlink
• Deep knowledge of the PCI Data Security Standard, or with similar auditable security standards
