Project Manager

3Q Digital is looking for a Project Manager in New York, United States. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage project resource on the creative services team.
  • Supervise and ownership project
  • End-to-end lead project
  • Head and evaluate project management process.
  • Create, maintain and execute on timelines.
  • Build the project and manage within Asana.
  • Set together detailed creative briefs.
  • Improve and maintain project tracking.
  • Work as a liaison for Account teams and clients.
  • Follow each project’s status; maintaining an intimate knowledge of the project’s health, including QA oversight.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an agency or on a creative team.
  • Expert working knowledge of digital creative and social media creative.
  • Deep working knowledge of PowerPoint, Google Suite.
  • Effective experience with Asana (or similar project management software) a plus.
  • Proficient experience with the Adobe Creative Suite or any HTML knowledge preferred.
  • Proven track record in Slack or similar platform.
  • Familiarity with creative A/B testing.
  • Great communicator and leader; and able to build rapport with people quickly and easily.
  • Solid organizational and project management skills.
  • Sound time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and consistently handle multiple tasks across multiple clients and teams.
