Job Responsibilities:
- Determine, develop and roll out end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across APACMEA region.
- Add regional specific digital tactics to global campaigns for the APACMEA region.
- Operate with the regional and global teams to implement the CRM and marketing automation strategy and drive execution at an APACMEA level.
- Create campaigns in our marketing automation tool (Eloqua), including building workflows, emails and landing pages with support from the central digital marketing team and external design agencies.
- Lead the APACMEA social media channels to achieve the overall company objectives for social media in line with the corporate social strategy.
- Report on lead generation results, analyze digital marketing KPIs and optimize to ensure ROI is met.
- Own the regional campaigns for APACMEA and responsible for delivering lead generation and other targets at a regional level.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding the quality of data in CRM, facilitate the resolution of questions/concerns and improve the effectiveness of Eloqua campaigns.
- Share reports including performance metrics and feedback for each campaign, and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
- Produce support, when required, in driving and executing our regional events – customers, partners and internal conferences.

Job Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience working in a digital marketing role in a global or regional B2B company.
- Expert knowledge and understanding of Eloqua or similar automated marketing platforms.
- Effective experience with CRM systems like Oracle Cloud.
- Deep knowledge of Social Media Marketing and website management.
- Proficient experience in management and execution of events.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent English and Chinese language skills.
