Job Responsibilities:
- Define Zip’s value proposition for consumers, including evidence-based proof points (new &/or existing) to substantiate.
- Creating and executing the annual Zip calendar of integrated campaigns and programs across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Operate with a product to drive the development of consumer and partner-specific product enhancements and solutions.
- Continued experimentation of all marketing initiatives/campaigns to test and learn, then scale.
- Head and execute campaign strategies and plans across all channels – paid, owned and earned.
- Design, implement and build multi-channel, complex customer journeys to support campaigns, including landing pages and digital display content.
- Operate with the creative team to develop campaign concepts, messaging, and campaign deliverables.
- Improve key insights for campaign briefing and media optimization.
- Lead the end to end process for partner POS strategies and experiments.
- Run strategies & experiments to optimize performance increase penetration of Zip BPI across partner e-commerce sites.
- Plan on-brand, best in class content, tailored to appropriate partners and their consumers.
- Drive conception, design and develop content, messaging, tools and resources required to support partners as required, including merchandise.
- Create a high-performance partner marketing team (starting with 4 direct reports).
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of management experience delivering B2B and B2C campaigns in retail/e-commerce or double-sided marketplaces.
- Familiarity with the tools including Amplitude, GA, Litmus, Braze, Optimizely, Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor, Business Manager, Pixels, Facebook Blueprint certified & AdWords.
- Effective experience leading major product initiatives and building digital consumer products.
- Proven track record of ideation and execution of marketing initiatives that make significant, positive impacts on the business.
- Solid planning and project management skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple ongoing projects.
- A digital native who deeply understands the ‘test and learn’ framework and how to leverage the new world of media to drive smart and cost-effective conversion.
- A lover of consumer product, who understands how to engage and retain, utilizing data insights to make the right decisions.
- A love for rolling up your sleeves and getting tucked into a fast-paced environment with innovative teams.
- Ability to harness the power of data and know how to interpret and respond effectively to its insights.
