Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Increase the adoption of self-service advertising by driving awareness, demand, and acquisition through marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Recognize, design and implement innovative messaging to drive advertiser launches at scale.
  • Deliver campaigns that inform advertisers of new product developments, promotions, and optimization opportunities.
  • Enhance against key metrics including CTR, open rates, revenue lift, and engagement.
  • Operate with designers to develop creative content for emails and landing pages.
  • Cooperate with content writers to develop compelling messaging in support of acquisition messaging.
  • Lead a process of iterative A/B testing to continually improve performance through optimized messaging and targeting.
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics and set up test plans to improve the campaign performance.
  • Compile learning and share best practices across teams to help achieve the most effectiveness.
  • Follow best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication or other related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in online and/or B2B marketing.
  • At least 3 years experience building and managing digital promotional campaigns, e.g. email, web banner, social media, web page.
  • Effective experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data.
  • Expert knowledge of implementing web analytics.
  • Proficient experience using and editing HTML.
  • Proven track record in B2B, high-tech products/services.
  • Strong experience as a writer or a content marketer.
  • Familiarity with email platforms.
  • Expert knowledge of setting up automated marketing communication.
  • Deep knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Demonstarted understanding of A/B testing as well as website metrics.
  • Proven experience with analytical tools and the ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting.
  • Solid execution capability with the highest standards in a rapidly evolving business.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to influence others.
