Job Responsibilities:
- Increase the adoption of self-service advertising by driving awareness, demand, and acquisition through marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Recognize, design and implement innovative messaging to drive advertiser launches at scale.
- Deliver campaigns that inform advertisers of new product developments, promotions, and optimization opportunities.
- Enhance against key metrics including CTR, open rates, revenue lift, and engagement.
- Operate with designers to develop creative content for emails and landing pages.
- Cooperate with content writers to develop compelling messaging in support of acquisition messaging.
- Lead a process of iterative A/B testing to continually improve performance through optimized messaging and targeting.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics and set up test plans to improve the campaign performance.
- Compile learning and share best practices across teams to help achieve the most effectiveness.
- Follow best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication or other related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in online and/or B2B marketing.
- At least 3 years experience building and managing digital promotional campaigns, e.g. email, web banner, social media, web page.
- Effective experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data.
- Expert knowledge of implementing web analytics.
- Proficient experience using and editing HTML.
- Proven track record in B2B, high-tech products/services.
- Strong experience as a writer or a content marketer.
- Familiarity with email platforms.
- Expert knowledge of setting up automated marketing communication.
- Deep knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting.
- Demonstarted understanding of A/B testing as well as website metrics.
- Proven experience with analytical tools and the ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting.
- Solid execution capability with the highest standards in a rapidly evolving business.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to influence others.
