Job Responsibilities:
- Overall accountability for all organic digital client accounts – performance, revenue, profitability, quality of output and client satisfaction.
- Develop existing client accounts and acquisition of new business, developing plans for YoY growth alongside taking ownership of the online revenue and GP forecast.
- Design an online roadmap to drive the strategic direction of Superdream’s products and services, taking into account emerging and legacy technologies.
- Devise a tactical plan which can be collaboratively carried out by the team – to implement improvements to our products, services, processes and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Manage line direct reports.
- Plan for team growth considering the blend/level of skills required within a team.
- Help in resourcing decisions.
- Aid the smooth delivery of all digital projects, enhancements and support delivered by the team.
- Promote a culture of promoting new ideas or up-sell opportunities within the team for our clients.
- Support pro-active discussions with client leads.
- Participate regularly and affect change to internal process and improvements in order to ensure maximum efficiency across the company.
- Instigate cross team ideas and initiatives – to bring products and services together.
- Proactively run innovation with new ideas and options made available by new technologies.
- Grow a flexible, agile environment to accommodate short notice work or pitch development, whilst responsible for the strategic management of multiple projects.
- Assure a sustained profit margin across all digitally related quotes.
- Support the HoD on new business initiatives and pro-actively look at the development of new business avenues or ventures.
- Contribute to maintaining a professional working environment that inspires creativity and rewards pro-activity and performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends across offline and online with the goal of continually improving Superdream’s offering.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years agency experience or a senior position in-house.
- Minimum 2 years project managing experience.
- Proficient experience of managing significant budgets to tight KPI deliverables (ROI/CPA/COS).
- Proven Line management experience is desirable.
- Effective experience in econometric modeling and offline or online attribution is advantageous.
- Demonstarted understanding of organic digital channels as both strategist and practitioner – not limited to social media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing and digital content.
- Expert knowledge of the full online digital spectrum and the integration between online and offline media.
- Impeccable client facing skillset with the ability to present to senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to take briefs and communicate them through a diverse range of departments.
- Solid analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to plan and map full spectrum integrated campaigns for 12 months.
- Great ability to grow and develop revenue and profitability.
