Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for leading multidisciplinary project teams from all disciplines such as customer service, brand and digital strategy, data analytics, creation, design, UX / UI, content, technology and information and data protection.
- As a team and sparring partner for customer advisors and creative professionals, you will advise on the development and implementation of marketing and communication solutions.
- Communicative interface and internal main contact for multidisciplinary project teams.
- Lead the team motivation and inspire and urge the teams to support it.
- See yourself as an active part of a team that develops innovative and strategically strong solutions to our clients’ tasks.
- Design internal briefings for all disciplines.
- Devise project plans, team and resource planning, cost and timing indications, offers, analysis and project documentation.
- Responsible for structured and efficient internal time, budget and risk management as well as project-level quality assurance.
- Organize external service providers and production partners.
- Manage customer contact during the implementation phase with subject matter experts on the customer side.
- Execute and moderate professional meetings and workshops.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management and execution of comprehensive digitally integrated campaigns in a creative or digital agency.
- Effective experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient experience in the application of different project management methods and tools (eg Kanban, Scrum resp. Slack, Confluence, Jira).
- Proven management experience regarding team leadership, budget, risk and quality assurance at project level.
- Expert knowledge, experience and security in classical and digital communication fields, ie planning, coordination, operational management and control of projects from all communication fields (360 °) – from TV / WebTV production to print / OOH / digital OOH, digital Banner and social media campaigns, campaign website up to CRM.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
- Passion and curiosity about trends, digital products, technologies and services.
- Teamwork, flexibility.
- Solid communication skills, fluent and fluent in German as well as English.
