Job Responsibilities:

• Take control of key accounts and bring in resources where needed.
• Plan with clients to develop their total SEO strategy and advise on where they should be investing.
• Make commercial sense from data to help inform strategic actions.
• Perform technical SEO work when required.
• Strategize off-page, outreach and content requirements.
• Tap into our earned media team for execution.
• Keep up to date with industry trends by collaborating with the team internally and attending key industry events.
• Maintain the digital strategy director and continue to develop this flourishing department.

Job Requirements:

• At least 4 years agency experience.
• Effective implementation experience.
• Proficient experience in developing, implementing and optimizing cost-effective and high-performing SEO strategies.
• Expert knowledge of SEO performance, causation and correlation, and other key SEO metrics.
• Demonstrated understanding of content, content metrics and content strategies.
• Strong Google Analytics and Google Webmaster/Search Console experience.
• Expert knowledge of HTML and CSS analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Sound time and project management skills.
• Ability to audit websites, analyze data and formulate strategies.
