Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new content opportunities.
• General recommendations for meta titles, descriptions, image alt text and page copy.
• Report on key milestones using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and third-party SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEM Rush, GetStat, Buzzsumo, Moz).
• Estimate content gaps within client websites.
• Design technical SEO audits and liaise with web dev teams for implementation.
• Supervise and enhance the current link building process to achieve greater results.
• Lead article sourcing and the blogger outreach process when required.
• Attend client meetings and provide the greatest level of care for new SEO requests.
• Check work and provide SEO training for junior members of the team.
• Operate with the Head of SEO towards expanding and improving the GrowthOps SEO product.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in communications, PR or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of dedicated SEO experience, with at least 2 years agency side.
• Expert knowledge in utilizing online tools like Google Analytics, Buzzsumo, and Moz.
• Effective client-facing experience.
• The decent specialist knowledge of advanced SEO techniques, either through technical SEO, content marketing or blogger outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills and good work ethics.
