Job Responsibilities:

• Imagine and create original and engaging content, made for a social media audience (text, images, video content, gifs, computer graphics, etc).
• Execute social media strategy through posting content, engaging with our users on all social platforms, and analyzing web traffic and consumer engagement measures to optimize the content schedule.
• Use industry analysis, identify trends and recommend new ways to attract subscribers.
• Keep up-to-date on the latest trends in social media, storytelling, and health and wellness industry with a keen eye towards our competitors.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1- year social media and community management experience.
• At least 3 years of overall work experience in a marketing focused role.
• Solid skills in videography and photography.
• Demonstrated understanding of social media strategies, especially regarding paid vs. organic campaigns.
• Outstanding written communication skills, as well as a creative yet analytical mindset.
• Passion for health, fitness, and digital marketing.
• Sound attention to detail.
• Passion for the organization must have clear organizational systems and tools you’ll use in the role for success.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and flex as needed when priorities shift.
