Job Responsibilities:
- Idealise, brainstorm and devise social strategy across all brands.
- Improve social concepts and plan for implementation including video and viral concepts.
- Pull together content schedules with estimated reach.
- Lead Facebook and other social platforms editorial posting.
- Explore and implement new social platforms for brands.
- Constant development of social opportunities around key events.
- Head vendor relationships – eg. Social channels, reporting tools, blogger agencies, development tools. Includes keeping up to date with updates and developments and communicating these to the business.
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record of building audience, engagement and revenue.
- Expert knowledge of influencer strategies, consumer insights/research techniques, social APIs and digital content best practice.
- Exceptional at formulating and driving strategies and presenting concepts for new business opportunities.
- Proficient experience working with Content Management Systems, Google Analytics and other online tools.
- Ability to function and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple simultaneous projects/programs.
- Ability to motivate & develop people, communicate effectively & persuasively with others, and establish credibility with senior management.
