Job Responsibilities:

• Idealise, brainstorm and devise social strategy across all brands.
• Improve social concepts and plan for implementation including video and viral concepts.
• Pull together content schedules with estimated reach.
• Lead Facebook and other social platforms editorial posting.
• Explore and implement new social platforms for brands.
• Constant development of social opportunities around key events.
• Head vendor relationships – eg. Social channels, reporting tools, blogger agencies, development tools. Includes keeping up to date with updates and developments and communicating these to the business.

Job Requirements:

• Proven track record of building audience, engagement and revenue.
• Expert knowledge of influencer strategies, consumer insights/research techniques, social APIs and digital content best practice.
• Exceptional at formulating and driving strategies and presenting concepts for new business opportunities.
• Proficient experience working with Content Management Systems, Google Analytics and other online tools.
• Ability to function and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple simultaneous projects/programs.
• Ability to motivate & develop people, communicate effectively & persuasively with others, and establish credibility with senior management.
