Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the community and provide engaging content for Wego Arabia social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Execute needed research for travel content and relevant topics.
- Track up with customer service team regarding customers’ complaints and questions.
- Draft and translate needed material.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in community management and social media role.
- Solid photo and video editing skills are a plus
- Strong writing and research skills
- Excited about travel. How many countries have you visited?
- Fluent in Arabic (multiple dialects are a plus) and English.
- Social and emotional intelligence, able to handle a community.
- Hard worker and responsible.
- Be able to clearly communicate a message in under 140 characters
