Job Responsibilities:

• Design and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
• Supervise company social media management (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act.
• Build and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
• Continuously develop by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
• Cooperate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc…) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, new media or public relations.
• Minimum 2 years of social media experience.
• Effective experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms’ front and back end and how best to use them, with a specific focus on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
• Proven social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
• Expert knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Fluency in English as well as Arabic.
• Saudi Nationals are preferred.
