Job Responsibilities:
- Design and execute weekly innovative social calendars; collaborate with the internal marketing department to develop diverse channel strategy across all active social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
- Analyze and compile reports on social media performance to internal team and regularly make recommendations, updates and improvements based on findings.
- Must be data driven – preparing toolkits and collaboration standards for launches, helping global teams master our brand voice, and adapt their social strategy when needed.
- Recognize and build relationships with key digital influencers; engage them to help execute partnerships that amplify key marketing strategy.
- Assure global channels reflect our brand standards of content and that influencers resonate in their market.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Social Media/Content Marketing role, ideally at a consumer and/or lifestyle brand.
- Effective experience creating and managing all relevant social media accounts.
- International experience, comfortable working with teams around the world.
- Proficient experience managing influencer programs i.e. recruiting influencers, managing cost of influencer campaigns & ROI.
