Social Media Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute on platform-specific social media strategies that increase web traffic and build brand affinity with relevant audiences.
  • Analysis and analyze audience behavior to optimize content and posting strategies.
  • Co-manage the relationship with key platform partners such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Head future RFP’s for social media technology stacks in partnership with the marketing operations team.
  • Cooperate with other teams for impactful results on cross-functional campaigns driving e-store digital sales.
  • Supervise the creation of and/or develop original, platform-optimized content to drive conversions.
  • Promote social media strategies that support the full purchase funnel by tracking and analyzing site behavior.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or a relevant marketing field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in content and social marketing arena.
  • Effective experience as a social media manager with a portfolio of successful and integrated social media campaigns on a global scale.
  • Proficient experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI.
  • Expert knowledge of all leading social media platforms.
  • Demonstarted understanding of Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrates initiative and is self-driven.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment where requirements shift to meet changing business needs.
  • A data-driven marketer who uses market intelligence and analytics to measure and optimize marketing efforts and programs.
  • Solid communication skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in global virtual teams, and dispersed teams.
  • Ability to deliver and art direct development of creative content (text, image and video).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across teams to identify key themes and needs for the business.
  • Ability to identify future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
