Job Responsibilities:
- Create and execute on platform-specific social media strategies that increase web traffic and build brand affinity with relevant audiences.
- Analysis and analyze audience behavior to optimize content and posting strategies.
- Co-manage the relationship with key platform partners such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Head future RFP’s for social media technology stacks in partnership with the marketing operations team.
- Cooperate with other teams for impactful results on cross-functional campaigns driving e-store digital sales.
- Supervise the creation of and/or develop original, platform-optimized content to drive conversions.
- Promote social media strategies that support the full purchase funnel by tracking and analyzing site behavior.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or a relevant marketing field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in content and social marketing arena.
- Effective experience as a social media manager with a portfolio of successful and integrated social media campaigns on a global scale.
- Proficient experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI.
- Expert knowledge of all leading social media platforms.
- Demonstarted understanding of Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Demonstrates initiative and is self-driven.
- Thrives in a dynamic environment where requirements shift to meet changing business needs.
- A data-driven marketer who uses market intelligence and analytics to measure and optimize marketing efforts and programs.
- Solid communication skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work effectively in global virtual teams, and dispersed teams.
- Ability to deliver and art direct development of creative content (text, image and video).
- Ability to work cross-functionally across teams to identify key themes and needs for the business.
- Ability to identify future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
