Job Responsibilities:
- Improve a strategy of community operation, including the official community and groups on third-party platforms.
- Create up management rules and virtual operation team (including core-fans and forum admins).
- Grow community participation by driving campaigns, interacting and responding to users’ comments, managing contents, via online and offline channels.
- Oversee and moderate community participation to ensure that rules are applied.
- Produce tracking and metrics to communicate and validate the interaction.
- Support good relationships with forum/social group moderators, keep coordinating with them without time cone constraints day to day work.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience.
- Expert knowledge of all major social media platforms and forums management, skilled in user community operation.
- Creative, familiar with the preference of SNS users, sensitive on so social trends and user demands.
- Able to organize online and offline events.
