Social Media Manager

Elabelz is looking for a Social Media Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the company’s voice to help position itself as a globally recognized and coveted brand.
  • Associate with cross-functional teammates to engage with our consumers and influencers across key social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest…).
  • Own, strategize, and execute against the social media content calendar, working closely with cross-functional partners in the brand, creative and growth marketing.
  • Cooperate with marketing brand leads, creative editorial team, and in-house designers to produce unique social photos, videos, and gifs– that are fresh and unique to our brand positioning.
  • Inspire and manage a small team to create and curate great social content that elevates the brand and grows followers.
  • Maintain nationwide social marketing campaigns which have a direct impact on growth and user acquisition.
  • Measure, track, and optimize performance so that we consistently achieve and exceed key brand and growth KPIs.
  • Oversee social channels for key issues and post timely key consumer updates.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in creating social media content strategies.
  • Effective experience with content marketing tools and platforms, including CMS; social media management; data and business intelligence.
  • Quick on your feet and have had success with both planned and in the moment, reactive content creation and distribution.
  • Be an inventive problem solver and have a high level of accountability.
  • A natural ability to collaborate well with others and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly-fluid environment.
  • Natural vocal and visual creative sensibility with excitement to surface new and innovative ways to engage with our consumers.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • An avid social media user and influencer.
