Job Responsibilities:

• Study requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Devise detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Evaluate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Recognize, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
• Conduct thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Improve and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
• Communicate with internal teams (e.g. developers and project managers) to identify system requirements.
• Oversee debugging process results.
• Review the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
• Create a high level of user experience and usability testing to provide a better product to the customers.
• Keep up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or CS / BSc. IT or CS / BCA / B-Tech IT, CS or EC.
• Any certification or course is done on Software Testing
• Minimum 1- year experience in the IT.
• Proficient experience in software development.
• Expert knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Proven track record in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Familiarity with both white box and black box testing.
• Demonstarted understanding of an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Deep knowledge of performance and/or security testing is a plus.
• Effective experience in Software Analysis
• Strong communication skills.
• Outstanding writing skills.
