Job Responsibilities:
- Aid discovery calls for inbound leads speaking with prospects to understand their business, digital marketing needs, and overall goals.
- Conduct audits of prospect accounts (Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager primarily) following the 3Q audit process.
- Track the standard Salesforce process of tracking opportunities and prospects.
- Lead administrative documentation to support business development processes, incl. tracking contract customizations, lists of relevant marketing materials, etc.
- Produce exceptional support to an account manager, including reporting, campaigns builds, data analysis, etc.
- Execute tests (Ad Copy, Landing Page, Bid, Geo).
- Operate on ad hoc tasks delegated by the account manager or client.
- Improve technical skills in Excel, SEM platforms, and Paid Social platforms to pull client reports.
- Recognize companies which meet certain revenue and size parameters that may be a good fit for 3Q Incubate as a client.
- Provide a pipeline of client opportunities, proactively reaching out to new contacts to demonstrate 3Q Incubate’s relevance and build interest.
- Follow the standard Salesforce process of tracking opportunities and prospects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 months SEM and paid social experience.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Docs Suite.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound time management skills, including an ability to meet deadlines and ability to prioritize, to deliver multiple tasks on time.
- Willingness and ability to learn.
- A detail-oriented and organized manner.
- A desire to stay current with the latest marketing trends.
- Outstanding analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to consistently handle multiple tasks across multiple clients/sources, and changing priorities.
- Ability to keep a cool head and positive attitude when executing tasks across accounts.
- Ability to pick up computer skills.
