Job Responsibilities:
- Get started with marketing initiatives for client projects & internal projects.
- Associate and be proactive in customer responses and prospects briefs.
- Determine marketing strategies: where, when, how and on what support will we implement the digital activations.
- Execute and monitor online advertising campaigns + daily optimization (audience targeting, text / visual, KPI tracking).
- Assure the coherence of these different strategies – visuals, texts, targeted audience, places.
- Project monitoring and coordination of actions with the various interlocutors inside and outside the agency.
- Provide reports (weekly and/or monthly) that analyze the performance and effectiveness of marketing activations to identify areas for improvement.
- Always be on the lookout for developments, new products and services, watch the tools and behaviors of consumers to offer comprehensive support to each customer.
- Maintain the acquisition manager and the traffic manager in the marketing department.
Job Requirements:
- Master student (bac + 4 / + 5) in business school, communication, web or multimedia.
- Great taste for analysis, numbers and social networks.
- Demonstrated understanding of the digital universe.
- Mastering a maximum of social media (potentially all).
- Expert knowledge of traffic acquisition strategies and mechanics.
- Deep knowledge of analytical tools (Google Ads, Analytics) and different modes of web buying (CPC / CPA / CPL).
- Sound command of Excel and Powerpoint.
- Strong level of English.
- Outstanding writing.
- A good dose of creativity.
- Rigor, organization, autonomy.
- Dynamic, proactive spirit and strength of proposition.
- Smart and curious.
- Adaptability.
