Job Responsibilities:

• Lead departmental financial goals and being responsible for profitability.
• Operate with designers, programmers and the project management team in a fast-paced environment.
• Improve project documentation and scoping requirements (including database architecture) for the development team.
• Assist the sales team in developing strong technical solutions for company prospects.

Job Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of programming and database architecture with experience in any of, PHP / mySQL and WordPress
• Effective experience managing the many facets of a web development department.
• Strong internet marketing experience in any of Organic (SEO), Pay Per Click (Google), Analytics, Email Marketing, Advertising, Marketing.
• Outstanding PMBOK experience.
• Proficient project management experience with web development projects.
• Practical knowledge of search engine optimization standards.
• Solid documentation and web solutions skills.
• Deep knowledge of any of the following programs (MS Project, Adobe Products including Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Visio).
• Sound organizational skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Proven track record in client meetings.
• Passion and drive for the industry.
• Ability to lead other project managers.
