Facebook Outlines Tips for More Effective Feeds & Stories Ads

Facebook, the social network of choice for billions of people, is giving businesses tips on how to make the best out of their Facebook Ads services. Effective advertising reaches potential customers and informs them of your products or services. Ideally, advertising should capture the prospective customers attentions attention and entice them to use your product. Regardless of the method, all your advertising should be clear and consistently reflect the unique positioning statement of your business.

These tips came in the form of 2 announcements. At the recent F8 developer conference, Facebook ran a series of sessions on Facebook advertising. Facebook’s VP of Solutions Engineering and Partnerships, Vatsal Mehta, explained various approaches to how businesses can  make more effective ads in the “Driving Business Growth with Facebook Marketing Technology and Partners” session. Including a quite useful guide in one of his presentations slides. This can serve as a simple, effective and concise checklist for making successful Feed ads.

In another announcement by Facebook. The social network presented guidelines on how you can run effective Stories ads with the visual assets you have available. Showcasing various examples of successful Stories ads.

“While vertical stories are a newer format, it’s easier than ever to create assets for it. Regardless of the assets you already have or the level of creative support you have access to, you can create an effective stories ad on Instagram or Facebook.”
