Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and optimize our lead generation and customer acquisition strategy to achieve revenue and pipeline goals.
- Draft RFPs, develop media plans and execute complex mixed media programs with external media vendors, agencies and publishers.
- Maintain a data-first approach through continual tracking, reporting, optimization and experimentation (A/B testing) to meet or exceed company goals.
- Work cross-functionally across the organization to oversee the timely execution of demand generation marketing plans.
- Develop and execute end-to-end email strategy that spans prospects, leads and customers.
- Define, track, measure and report on campaign metrics and KPI’s.
- Regularly communicate campaign performance to key business partners.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a relevant field of study.
- At least 4 years of working experience in B2B campaign design and digital demand generation in the B2B, high-tech product/services or an advertising media agency.
- Proficient understanding of all digital acquisition channels including (lead buys, content syndication, sponsorships, social, display, e-commerce, list buys and ABM tactics).
- Deep working experience in using industry tools and analytics packages including (email, web analytics, CRM and marketing automation platforms).
- Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
