Job Responsibilities:

• Improve specifications for web applications.
• Run performance or functional improvements
• Promote and create integration solutions.
• Report and document functional and technical specifications.
• Document server and application configurations.
• Establish and configure Vitro applications for clients.
• Continue technical product support.
• Support the testing team for pre-acceptance testing of products under development from a user’s point of view.
• Direct customer training and product acceptance.
• Recognize performance or UI improvements.
• Lead the customer deployments and installations.
• Maintain customer training and product acceptance.
• Develop software components and systems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an information technology, engineering, computer science or related field.
• Minimum  2 years experience in a similar or related role in the healthcare sector or technology field.
• Effective experience of a technology company, ideally with a growing technology company.
• Solid technical acumen in relation to internet protocols, scripting languages, windows application servers and SQL databases is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, able to take requirements through to completion and problems through to resolution.
• High ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both in a team or alone and juggling several projects simultaneously.
• Influential communications skills are required, particularly with clients as the candidate is expected to interact with IT professionals, healthcare administrators and clinicians, etc.
• Proficient motivation and determination to see product, project and client projects through to closure within managed and agreed timelines.
• Familiarity with any of JavaScript, TypeScript, LUA or other scripting languages.
• Deep Skills with or working knowledge of Azure, IIS, Web Services, OData, GIT and VSTS is desirable.
• Proven knowledge of HL7 and any related healthcare IT is advantageous.
