Job Responsibilities:

• Augment client confidence in the agency.
• Support trust of the internal team through seamless account management.
• Communicate with clients on a day-to-day or weekly basis.
• Assure all deliverables are meeting client expectations.
• Design and disseminating project briefs to designers and copywriters.
• Perform projects on specific schedules and budgets.
• Develop the expansion of new business with existing clients.
• Build new scopes of work and timelines for existing client accounts.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, customer care or sales.
• Proven track record in branding, marketing, advertising, design or retail.
• Effective experience in professional-client relationship management.
• Proficient knowledge of the plan and adeptly lead internal and external meetings.
• Deep capabilities working within a team structure.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent working skills in using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to quickly establish trust and build rapport.
• Wide knowledge and adoption of the agency’s services and processes.
