Job Responsibilities:
- Augment client confidence in the agency.
- Support trust of the internal team through seamless account management.
- Communicate with clients on a day-to-day or weekly basis.
- Assure all deliverables are meeting client expectations.
- Design and disseminating project briefs to designers and copywriters.
- Perform projects on specific schedules and budgets.
- Develop the expansion of new business with existing clients.
- Build new scopes of work and timelines for existing client accounts.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, customer care or sales.
- Proven track record in branding, marketing, advertising, design or retail.
- Effective experience in professional-client relationship management.
- Proficient knowledge of the plan and adeptly lead internal and external meetings.
- Deep capabilities working within a team structure.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent working skills in using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to quickly establish trust and build rapport.
- Wide knowledge and adoption of the agency’s services and processes.
