Assistant Growth Manager

PressLogic is looking for an Assistant Growth Manager in Hong Kong, Hong Kong. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Aid on content strategy and content planning by providing different type of traffic & competitor report.
  • Keep on the pulse of new and emerging social and digital trends and best practices to provide recommendations and updates back to the organization.
  • Support on managing PressLogic Media Group’s websites traffic growth and monetizations.
  • Promote product team to analyze system performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Operate with other teams to improve the quality of data reporting and our self developed data analytics system – MediaLens.
  • Produce coaching and support to the internal teams, such as guidance on using different data products and digital tools.
  • Assure functional and data requirements needs are met; investigate and resolve system & production sites issues through the use of systems or communication with various internal teams.
  • Accountable for proposing tactics that can engage and acquire new users onto our platform through methods of growth that can scale.
  • Assist on the company’s entire network of SEO operations, can develop a comprehensive search engine optimization strategy, traffic introduction according to network promotion strategy requirements is a plus.
  • Enhance the website according to the SEO indicator.
  • Assist on managing Google Ad Manager and driving Ad Revenue Growth.
  • Ad hoc web-project that related to growth and monetization.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital analytics/digital optimization/content management.
  • Deep knowledge of the display ad industry and Intimate knowledge of Google Ad Manager and other third-party ad serving platforms will be a plus.
  • Proven experience managing publisher side programmatic platforms including SSPs, ad exchanges, and DMPs is highly preferred.
  • Solid experience in planning, trafficking, executing, and optimizing direct and programmatic inventory.
  • Proactive and able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Expert working knowledge on digital analytics, Facebook Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Effective experience in designing and performing A/B tests, and using data analytics to review site performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient experience in using SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog will be a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in driving user growth, retention and engagement onto own-hosted products or services will be a big plus.
  • Strong command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin.
  • Sound communication skills with passion and positive can-do attitude.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Growth Specialist.
  • Analytical mindset and data savvy.
  • Willing to keep updated and educated on the latest industry best practice.
