Brand Activation Assistant Manager

In2 Marketing & Consulting is looking for a Brand Activation Assistant Manager in Singapore, Singapore. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison and key contact to cultivate a business relationship with the client in the delivery of brand activation services.
  • Produce leadership, direction, motivation, coaching, and guidance to the team in all brand activation activities across the business, including to develop and execute national exhibitions, industry events, product launches, corporate events, customer-facing events as well as digital technologies including web, mobile, email, social media.
  • Improve and creating new ideas, proposals and presentation to new or existing clients.
  • Supervise project planning, execution and ensure the correct level of resource is allocated for each project.
  • Involved in all project plans, budgets preparation, P&L forecasting, job expenditure forecasting, billing and Accounts Receivable management.
  • Oversee on guard activities, set-up and dismantling work to ensure brand guidelines adhere.
  • Conduct post-mortem after the events and make recommendations for any improvement plans.
  • Study of current marketing trends and news, competitors movement and product specification.
  • Cooperate with other teams to create and pitch content and events, resulting in all-in win-win relationships.
  • Promote and reviews operational processes and work methods, including suitable operational processes, policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Grow new initiatives and seek new business opportunities to ensure the target is achieved.
  • Follow, report and address client issues relating to a given project from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, business studies, marketing, creative multimedia, public relations, advertising, media and mass communications or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of good experience in B2B, B2C, marketing, branding or event management is required.
  • Effective experience in both corporate and agency role (client serving) would be added advantage.
  • Strong communications, interpersonal, leadership, organizational, budget planning, project management and time management skills.
  • Proficient experience managing and coaching people, making decisions and driving execution.
  • Solid digital and social media savvy and passion to drive this department forward.
  • Sound computer literate in Microsoft Office.
  • Possess own transportation and willing to travel when required.
  • Creative with the ability to think outside the box and provide innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Ability to articulate, rationalize and present concepts effectively.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, work quickly to change.
