Job Responsibilities:
- Improve, produce and execute a content strategy aligned with brand strategy.
- Operate with internal and external agencies, across copywriting, design and production to create and publish engaging content to improve key brand metrics across multiple territories.
- Play a collaborative role by partnering up with the marketing team to support marketing activities such as digital and brand campaigns and ensure there is brand consistency across channels.
- Commission and manage specialists, such as photographers, to work on projects and coordinate activities with other artistic and creative departments.
- Lead projects and work within a budget.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market and competitive developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention.
- Assure compliance with legal (e.g. copyright and data protection).
- Associate with marketing channels in the development of content, and distribution across all channels.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategy, content design, development and production.
- Effective experience in art/ design or marketing qualification preferred.
- Customer focussed, with demonstrated ability to lead strategy and thinking.
- Self-starter, hungry to do work that will make and impact and leave a legacy.
- Adaptable and resilient with a focus on delivery.
- Creative and innovative with the ability to work to short deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Solid collaboration, humble and strong influencing skills among internal and external stakeholders and agency partners.
