Business Development Manager

2Stallions is looking for a Business Development Manager in Singapore, Singapore. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and drive overall sales strategy to develop new business in SG or potentially in the region.
  • Locate and build out accounts in your set target market through the use of various data sources (Sales Navigator & Cold Calling).
  • Produce new business through outbound prospecting efforts as well as following up on marketing-generated leads.
  • Initiate, plan, execute verticals to focus on in SG.
  • Get additional prospect company information via websites/LinkedIn and other methods.
  • Operate with the marketing director and sales director in specific territories to help build pipeline and develop your sales skills.
  • Enter and maintain accurate information in Infusionsoft CRM / marketing and sales automation.
  • Manage marketing automation for prospects/leads up to actual clients.
  • Support visibility into your activities through proper reporting and work in a team environment to help improve the company’s overall success in sales.
  • Be driven to meet and exceed your monthly and quarterly KPIs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from university/college.
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time sales experience (software sales or digital marketing is a must).
  • Effective sales prospecting experience (outbound preferable).
  • Proficient experience of working in, or selling to, marketing departments, business owners.
  • Expert knowledge of decision making units/stakeholder management in larger businesses is a plus.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team environment.
