Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the creation, management and editing of blogs.
- Assure that all copies in both English and local language are grammatically sound and at par with the Traveloka style guide and standards across all campaigns, interfaces and landing pages.
- Manage facilitate and manage the content creation of various marketing and other promotional campaigns.
- Cooperate with different teams/stakeholders to help localize their campaigns, ensuring smooth and quality execution at all times.
- Secure that all copies in both English and local language are grammatically sound and at par with the Traveloka style guide and standards across all campaigns, interfaces and landing pages.
- Maintain consistency of the brand tone and quality across all interfaces and platforms.
- A good storyteller.
- Come up with fresh ideas in terms of content that will help increase our user engagement across all interfaces and platforms.
- Constantly develop herself/himself with the latest trends in social media and/or content marketing.
- Analyze push notifications/email performance if and when necessary.
- Manage a team of writers.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience at an ad agency or PR agency (a plus).
- At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce or publication (magazine or newspaper) industry.
- Solid social media savvy (a plus but not a requirement).
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Demonstarted understanding of online consumer behavior.
- Has critical thinking and ability to persuasively influence through storytelling.
- A critical eye; keen attention to details is a must.
- Open to sharing and conveying ideas and concepts to improve content or support marketing campaigns.
- Self-driven in terms of managing and accomplishing projects especially under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work and function in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
