Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and implement content and social media strategies to meet inbound and outbound marketing objectives.
- Perform initiatives to grow traffic, drive engagement and generate leads.
- Study keywords and competitors, using industry monitoring to guide content creation.
- Provide and manage a content & social media marketing and editorial calendar.
- Draft (and ghostwrite) for website, social media posts, blog posts, articles, case studies, white papers, emails, newsletters, e-books, and company bios.
- Promote all content for search engine optimization (SEO), with ongoing analysis and measurement of user traffic and engagement.
- Direct brand awareness by collaborating with internal SMEs to create content that positions eShopWorld as thought leaders.
- Lead team’s creative resources, ensuring brand consistency.
- Repurpose content across different media including video and social media.
- Produce reporting on campaign and content effectiveness, making recommendations and evolving strategies to optimize results.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, Journalism or related degree.
- Effective experience working in a commercial environment.
- Proficient experience in creating content to grow the website and social media audiences effectively (B2B preferred).
- Sound keyword, SEO optimisation and analytics experience.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Twitter, MailChimp (or similar).
- Proven experience working in B2B marketing or content creation environment.
- Expert knowledge of Moz/SEMRush/Buzzsumo.
- Demonstrated understanding of HTML.
- Outstanding skills in dealing with Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign).
- Deep knowledge of video creation and editing.
- Solid English skills, with superb, concise and clear business writing skills.
- Strong management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceive interesting ideas and new approaches to establish successful content.
- Extraordinary research, organizational, and learning abilities.
- Ability to analyze and present useful metrics for content and its performance.
