Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve financial goals for the business, identifying opportunities for growth and delivering on growth commitments.
- Recognize key cost metrics and ensuring they are optimized.
- Associate with business development and solutions teams on commercials, pricing and winning deals.
- Manage process improvement and continuously planning for improved process performance.
- Forecast and plan for new business, prepare for infrastructure and other growth-related requirements.
- Design for resources based on work type and work volume projection and currently available headcount and allocate responsibilities.
- Analysis process performance and reporting performance dashboards.
- Assure adherence to SLA’s as agreed for the respective processes.
- Regularly communicate with the business contact points.
Job Requirements:
- Effective experience in customer service and operations (ideally 24/7 service centers).
- Proficient experience in managing large teams of approximately 200 people plus 2-3 direct reports.
- Proven customer management exposure is important.
- Deep experience in the high-tech space (alternatively, 24/7 Banking Operations).
- Demonstrated knowledge of customer lifecycle and stakeholder management.
- Wide understanding of financial and workforce management.
- Expert working knowledge to build deep client partnerships and synergies.
- Solid communication skills, both oral and written.
- Special level of ownership and accountability.
- High ability to work in a constantly changing environment and come up with innovative solutions.
- Great Ability to lead and build strong teams who can operate independently.
- Ability to manage a multicultural workforce.
