Job Responsibilities:
- Improve best practices for LiveMe’s global community.
- Supervise LiveMe’s Safety Advocate program, consisting of 1000 Safety Advocates across the US.
- Promote products, partnerships and communication tools and procedures to improve response times and community management.
- Participate strategically to thought leadership for the industry around child safety and news.
- Utilize LiveMe’s platform reach, broadcasters and voice to empower users with tools and education to better serve our community.
- Create a reporting structure, and utilize data and insights to guide the team and educate the company on safety and community effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in community safety, content moderation across consumer content platforms.
- Effective experience in managing a community and team.
- Proficient experience managing content communities.
- Expert knowledge of consumer practices, and content moderation tools and resources.
- Enthusiasm for building communities and companies.
- A strong leader and communicator able to build collaborative partnerships with product and other cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced dynamic environment.
- Ability to influence effectively cross-functionally.
