Job Responsibilities:

• Providing content strategy recommendations that help clients and their users achieve their goals based on information obtained through content audits, competitive assessments, user testing, and analytics.
• Creating or reviewing platform/site structure and naming for the most intuitive presentation of content.
• Creating Content Guidelines to help to inform content creation and design and managing QA.
• Creating and/or implementing content calendars to align site releases with key campaign activities.
• Generating and/or overseeing an inventory/matrix of all site content, including related assets.
• Creating and developing end-to-end content lifecycles.
• Taxonomy development and recommendations.
• Creating approaches for content migration and content production.
• Defining governance/workflow of content creation based on stakeholder interviews and an understanding of the client’s technological capabilities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in content strategy in an agency/consulting environment
• Demonstarted understanding of Digital Content Strategy and UX design principles
• Solid eye for detail
• Excellent presentation skills and communication skills
• Degree in English, Journalism, Research or other relevant fields
• Effective experience working with CMS, SEO, web analytics, and A/B testing tools to drive insights for content optimization
• Expert knowledge of agile working practices, including sprint planning, testing and optimization.
