Job Responsibilities:

• Perform appropriate research for each vendor on the vendor page and vendor website to identify updates required as per process and guidelines.
• Support the escalation process provided when not enough information is available to create the required updated content.
• Oversee and re-write content of the customers to ensure quality.
• Assure that the vendor directory is easy-to-use and helpful.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in college or high school graduate and relevant work experience.
• Effective working knowledge of computers, the internet and the wireless network industry.
• Solid customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient understanding of writing, email and chat etiquette.
• Interested in growing more within the company by performing other duties and projects that may be assigned.
• Strong English writing and verbal communication skills.
• High ability to work on shifting (graveyard) schedules and weekends.
