Job Responsibilities:

• Operate independently or with other functional areas s to write articles for consumption while keeping in brand and tone.
• Analysis articles for grammar, technical accuracy and publishing.
• Read about our employee segments and our functions and taking the initiative to identify and propose new content.
• Edit knowledge base and search analytics for targeted content creation for gaps in knowledge.
• Assure online content supports goals, brand standards, and legal and compliance requirements.
• Supprt a clear and consistent brand voice.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional writing experience, preferably employee-facing content.
• Effective experience writing for websites, including working knowledge of how online content should be optimized.
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated understanding of writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copy.
• Deep understanding of different language styles that appeal to a “support” target market.
• Solid attention to detail and obsessed with quality.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently on multiple content areas simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
• Great ability to generate content ideas.
