Job Responsibilities:
- Operate independently or with other functional areas s to write articles for consumption while keeping in brand and tone.
- Analysis articles for grammar, technical accuracy and publishing.
- Read about our employee segments and our functions and taking the initiative to identify and propose new content.
- Edit knowledge base and search analytics for targeted content creation for gaps in knowledge.
- Assure online content supports goals, brand standards, and legal and compliance requirements.
- Supprt a clear and consistent brand voice.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional writing experience, preferably employee-facing content.
- Effective experience writing for websites, including working knowledge of how online content should be optimized.
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated understanding of writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copy.
- Deep understanding of different language styles that appeal to a “support” target market.
- Solid attention to detail and obsessed with quality.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently on multiple content areas simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
- Great ability to generate content ideas.
