Job Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with our existing team of strategists, designers, copywriters and developers to produce high-quality visual designs for email campaigns, microsites, landing pages, social media, and presentations – from concept to execution.
• Associate in the creative process of a cross-functional product development team and professionally and persuasively present concepts and projects, both internally and to clients in writing, in person, or over video chat.
• Produce innovative solutions to creative problems and processes.
• Operate independently or collaboratively with a team.
• Focus on detail, quality, and timeliness.
• Serve in a fast-paced environment and consistently turn around top-notch creative work.

Job Requirements:

• A strong portfolio of digital design work.
• Solid comprehension of typography, color theory and layout principles.
• Effective experience in digital design tools (Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite) and media (email, web, video, etc.) plus the willingness and ability to adopt new tools as required.
• Sound comprehension of UX/UI principles and their applications across the web, apps, email and beyond.
• Expert knowledge of web development principles, processes, and boundaries with the ability to concept and execute assets that can be readily executed by developers.
• Outstanding communication skills and experience collaborating through shared documents and presenting work remotely, as well as in person.
• Motion graphics abilities and experience with print design desirable, but not required.
• Great ability to follow brand guidelines to produce work that is original, consistent in style and quality, and on a brand.
• Ability to work quickly and through multiple iterations while maintaining strong attention to detail.
