Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain senior-level art directors.
• Aid in the creation of assets for a variety of social campaigns in a fast-paced environment – includes photo searches, the creation of GIFs, and light video editing.
• Provide assets based upon approved conceptual directions.
• Design assets for digital advertising campaigns in collaboration with other team members.
• Execute ongoing changes to files as projects progress.
• Associate in New Business Pitches, and other internal initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of interactive, and traditional design experience, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
• Effective experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated understanding of current social media trends.
• Proficient experience with image handling and correction, and optimization techniques.
• Solid time management, communication skills, and understanding of the creative development process.
• Be meticulous and detailed-oriented.
• Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously while maintaining consistency and quality across projects.
• Ability to follow branding guidelines and specs.
