Job Responsibilities:
- Perform information searches and respond to user requests.
- Produce technical support for document management activities (information gathering, indexing, processing and transfer of information, etc.).
- Contribute to updating of the database.
- Associate in the development of new information management strategies.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Computer literacy.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools (Teams and SharePoint) and Power BI (an asset).
- Ability to work with integrated document management software.
- Autonomy, discretion and ability to work in a team.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Able to perform information searches and respond to user requests.
