Job Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with account managers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Aid with onboarding of new customers.
• Analyze customer account health and provide proactive search optimizations.
• Create, retain and expand partner relationships using telephone, email and marketing materials.
• Quickly and professionally solve customer issues.
• Follow all requests using a ticketing system.
• Examine and provide feedback on new processes, product, and tool releases that will improve operational efficiencies.
• Report high priority escalations with business and development teams for timely resolution and accurate response.
• Support foster innovation in tools and processes to make the team more effective and efficient.

Job Requirements:

• Effective experience in search engine marketing preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Formulas, V-lookups, Pivot tables, etc.).
• Proven track record in digital marketing.
• Fluency in English (Extra EU Language is a plus).
• Self-motivated, proactive, intellectual curiosity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Solid attention to detail and ability to think analytically and to set clear priorities, with very strong organizational, issue resolution, and decision-making skills required.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and active listening skills.
• A positive and creative ‘can do’ attitude with a strong work ethic.
• High ability to partner with other teams within an organization.
