Job Responsibilities:
- Examine data and develop insights from across a range of digital platforms such as email, website, communities, mobile apps, and social media.
- Imagine and create reports on campaign and initiative effectiveness.
- Cooperate with stakeholders, identify tracking and report requirements based on specific strategies.
- Lead the website, digital personalization, and content.
- Design testing methodologies to track and drive improvement.
- Utilize data to identify and implement personalization opportunities to improve member marketing and communication customization.
- Head and make recommendations to improve analytics platforms.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or quantitative field.
- At least of 1- year experience with tagging implementation, customizing reports, and data AND tracking marketing campaigns using tags.
- Effective experience working with disjointed data sources.
- Proficient experience managing website content and feature personalization.
- Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, campaign tracking, and setting up goals and conversions.
- Familiarity with dashboard programs like Microsoft Business Intelligence, Tableau, or related platform preferred.
- Deep knowledge of sitecore’s experience marketing manager a plus.
- Demonstrated understanding of Association Management Systems like Netforum a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and explain the meaning of data and reports.
