Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively renew and add new content to the NN web site.
• Maintain social media accounts on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Share regularly, interact with followers, increase reach, running campaigns, etc.
• Observe the social media accounts of clients, prospects, relevant industry publications, competitors etc.
• Supervise and report on media mentions of NN.
• Involve in team meetings with vendors, external PR agencies, and others as requested, to align/coordinate NN social media strategy with that of other programs.
• Improve a series of standard operating procedures to reflect how the media and social media promotion of NN is conducted.
• Produce general administrative support to the NN team, including note-taking at meetings, filing, research, maintenance and updating of NN’s CRM system and the databases used by NN.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
• Effective experience in digital marketing would be an advantage.
• Proficient experience of working with databases would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with CMS systems (Xcart, WordPress and Joomla) an advantage.
• Content creation and good writing skills an advantage.
• Solid administrative and organisational skills.
• Strong initiative and creativity, eager to contribute to an innovative team in a growing company.
