Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage website content, ensuring that all content, dashboard, contacts, and requests are regularly updated and addressed.
• Maintain the marketing team on reviews of the website.
• Supervise SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends directly and make changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines; Identify proper keywords for SEO implementation.
• Grow, manage and assess website enhancement requests from diverse stakeholders across the business, seeking any approvals needed and liaising with line managers to monitor progress.
• Take the lead on the error correction process of the website and test website enhancements implemented by UX prior to going live.
• Execute website projects requested by the team and build and maintain landing pages for marketing campaigns.
• Promote and configure marketing interventions across a range of tools.
• Design web and social media reports to track and analyze how activities are performing against objectives.
• Coordinate team calendars and meetings to ensure efficient and effective teamwork.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or any related course, preferred.
• Effective experience in digital marketing and coordination preferred.
• Proficient experience in SEO techniques with other websites and experience in CRM is preferred.
• Expert knowledge in social media management preferred.
• Proven track record in Microsoft Office software, specifically in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, required.
• Deep knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and HTML/CSS, desired.
• Familiarity with using content management systems such as Apostrophe, and social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, desired.
• Wide knowledge of Web analytics programs (Google Analytics and Moz Pro tools), an advantage.
• Demonstrated understanding of social media trends and digital media technologies, an advantage.
• Solid success in supporting the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Sound organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent comprehension skills.
• Positive attitude, high energy, proactive, hardworking, and goal oriented.
• Fluency in English language both written and oral with a knack for sentence structure and grammar.
• Able to work well in a team or independently with minimal supervision; Easily adapt to change.
• Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
• Must be willing to work in a mid-shift or night-shift.
