Job Responsibilities:

• Associate with the rest of the marketing services team to ensure work is being delivered in line with client expectations.
• Aid in campaign creation and execution across our SEO paid media, and analytics practices.
• Organize on work with our design and development departments.
• Cooperate with the team, turn SOWs into project plans with clear timelines, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Operate with the analytics team to report on marketing effectiveness for clients.
• Lead work against project-based and retainer-based clients.
• Accountable for managing, controlling, and reporting on budget usage.
• Understood and anticipate project resource volumes and dependencies and work actively to resolving and escalating issues to management.
• Maintain client billing and invoicing.

Job Requirements:

• The ability to manage multiple commitments to different clients and balance their needs.
• Solid communication skills, able to work with designers, developers, and the rest of the marketing services team.
• Analytical thinking.
• High attention to detail.
• Effective experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools and bid management software a plus.
