Job Responsibilities:

• Imagine creative ideas and engaging copies to the targeted audience.
• Produce copywriting across online communication channels including website, blogs posts, social media, and eDMs, aligned with short-term and long-term KPI.
• Examine website traffic and users engagement metrics and evaluate content effectiveness.
• Cooperate with the Creative team to plan and develop compelling content and original visual assets and meet deadlines.
• Assure all content created conveys Castlery’s consistent brand voice and meets the high-quality standards expected at Castlery.
• Take a proactive approach to recognize interior design and furniture industry trends.
• Perform high-quality research, survey, and interviews to understand consumers needs.
• Utilize SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in marketing, journalism, mass communication, English or other related fields.
• Minimum 1- year writing experience as a copywriter or related role in Interior Design, Publishing, Furniture industries.
• Expert knowledge of furniture design and types, furniture materials and techniques, interior design styles.
• Have a great taste in design.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Has a passion for creativity, understands & loves the startup community culture.
• Enjoy working hard to accomplish your tasks and see the opportunity to be beyond that of a 9 to 5 job.
• Self-starting attitude with the desire to develop a career in marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and different tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Great ability to work effectively within a cross-departmental team.
